For Gamers, By Gamers

Recently someone had asked me why I wanted to start this podcast and was working so hard with J to get it off the ground. It made me think a little. 

You see, there are multiple reasons that we wanted to do this; we wanted to work on hobby/project together, I loved podcasts and was inspired by some of my faves (I'm looking at you Gamers Tavern, Thaco's Hammer, and Plot Points among many, many, others), and we started to think we had an approach that was interesting and possibly something of worth to say. 

I have no illusions that we are breaking bold new ground with our little show or that other shows aren't doing an amazing job, but the more I listened the more I kept thinking, "Oh, I would love to let them know my thoughts on X and see what they say." 

Basically, we want to emulate and see if we have something to add to the approach of looking at role-playing products and topics and not so much giving consumer reports but to really give thoughts on how to be a better gamer based on our (admittedly limited) experience. 

The building process has been awesome.

We are excited to interact with listeners.
