In episode 7 of the High Level Games podcast we begin by talking about the concept of a "geek off" as a way of playing and then move on to talking about our play through of "Greyhawk Ruins." This module was originally from AD&D and was converted to 3.5e by VP Quinn for our table.
We discuss how the play style differed from our usual games, and what we liked about the module and a few of the issues that we had with it. We also cover ways to help make this module more interesting for your group with ways to add on to the content in the published book. Our podcast is also available on iTunes, and you can get to it and subscribe easily by clicking here. For episode 6 of our podcast we answer a few questions that we have recieved from listeners and discuss the module "Dawn of the Artifacts 1: Dusk" from Shadowrun 4th Edition 20th Anniversary. We talk about how our group went through the module, how our GM ran it, and then talk about our thoughts on the module beyond just our play through, including what made it good, and it's massive glaring flaw. Tune in for our first discussion of a game in the Shadowrun world!
